Very nice piece! I agree with you on the "reinvention overkill." We're all going to go through multiple careers in our life now, 9 they say. Careers, not jobs. We need another conception of work as a process of lifelong learning and ongoing shifts throughout the lifespan.

Sometimes it’s possible, sometimes it’s harder.
But I believe that it should be everyone’s right.
