Very nice piece! I agree with you on the "reinvention overkill." We're all going to go through multiple careers in our life now, 9 they say. Careers, not jobs. We need another conception of work as a process of lifelong learning and ongoing shifts throughout the lifespan.

I like reignition. It’s more active and energetic, and you can have multiple reignitions and at any age.

We should ideally all be able to reinvent ourselves in any day of our life!

Sometimes it’s possible, sometimes it’s harder.

But I believe that it should be everyone’s right.

Yes, absolutely! We should all be able to do reinvent when we need to. What rankles me is when outside forces suggest we need to erase our past in order to move forward.

Yes what comes as most important to me is to become the version of myself that better can accomplish my goals.

And by writing here on my newsletter has helped me realize how much helping other creators for me is part of that too.

We are all, as Dan Koe says in his last video, part of the self-realization niche.

And labels are not necessary for growth.

Thank you, and yes - I think that's why it really bothers me. It feels like as women we're always scrambling to fix ourselves somehow in a way that men aren't expected to.
